Om mig

Jag heter Victoria Blom och är doktor i psykologi. Jag arbetar som forskare på Karolinska Institutet, lektor på Idrottshögskolan GIH inom Organisation och Ledarskap, samt som egenföretagare där jag håller föredrag och kurser inom framförallt stress, utbrändhet, självkänsla, prestationsbaserad självkänsla, ledarskap, motivation och prestation. 

Jag har bakgrund som personalvetare och ekonom.

            Teaching experience

             I have been enrolled as a lecturer at various courses on the undergraduate and master’s level at the Department of Psychology of the Stockholm University and at Chess                                 international  master’s program, Center For Health and Equity Studies, Stockholm university/Karolinska Institutet. The topics are organizational psychology, human resource

            management, organization theory, motivation, personnel psychology, sport psychology, stress and health. I have also supervised ten BA and MA theses. In total 750 clock hours.
